I was in the mood for Baking this morning, so I went online, visited a few of my favorite blogs and I found this Raspberry and Ricotta Pie recipe at A Beautiful Mess, if you haven’t check out this blog, then i really think you should 🙂
What you need: 10 oz Ricotta Cheese, 2 Eggs, 1 Tbsp brown sugar, 1 Tbsp sugar , a pinch of salt, 2 handfuls of raspberry, and a pie dough (You can make one or buy).
Preheat oven at 375 degrees and baked pie crust for 6-8 minute. Mix ricotta cheese, eggs, sugars and salt. Stir well. Pour into pie crust and add raspberry to the top. Baked for 40-45 minute.
If you like a really sweet dessert, this recipe may not be your cup of tea, because this pie it’s not really sweet. But, you can Always add a little more sugar or serve it with cool whipping cream.
